HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Rhodium plating is a special process that gives silver jewelry a more vibrant, deeper look and makes it appear brighter, richer and more lustrous.

Is 925 stamped on all sterling silver items?
Yes, all of our sterling silver items are stamped with 925 as required by the law.

Do you offer any warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, all of our products are stamped with the corresponding metal and manufacturer's logo.

Are your diamond weights exact?
Under FTC regulations, all jewelry manufacturers must disclose their total weight ranges. Richard Cannon Jewelry complies with all relevant FTC regulations:

Will you re-size a ring bought from Richard Cannon Jewelry?
Yes, we can re-size a ring bought from us for a charge. Charges will be determined based on how many sizes up or down. You will have to mail us back the ring fully insured and we’ll send it back after the ring has been sized. You will have to pay for shipping back to you. Please see our shipping rates under shipping. Please allow 1-4 days after we get back the ring for re-sizing.

Do you provide a tracking number on my order?
Yes, you will get an email from us with the tracking number of your order.

What kind of jewelry do you sell?
We sell CZ rings, cocktail rings, wedding bands, and bridal jewelry in general; Stud earrings, hoops, and many other types of earrings in different styles. We also sell traditional bracelets, bangles and tennis bracelets, trendy and classic jewelry. If you are looking for pendants, brooches, and watches we can provide that too. Our fashion jewelry is made of brass, sterling silver or stainless steel. All our jewelry is either rhodium-plated to achieve a silvertone look, gold-plated for a goldtone look, or plated with an alloy of 14K gold and copper for the popular rose goldtone look.

Does your jewelry tarnish?
All costume jewelry will eventually tarnish over time. However, J GOODIN plates all our products with double the US standard to ensure exquisite quality and lengthy lifespan.

Do you guarantee your products?
All of J GOODIN products are guaranteed for 30 days for any manufacturer’s defects.

What types of stones do you use?
We use only the highest of quality cubic zirconias in all of our products.

Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Southern California, USA.

Do you provide certificates for your diamond products?
Some of our items already come with certificates and will be marked as such. Certificates can be requested for certain items as well and a fee assessed for that. Please reach out to us for any specific requests.
